Slopeside Weekend at Snowshoe Mountain Resort

Three-night stay in a two bedroom condo at Allegheny Springs, a slopeside complex located in the Village at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Allegheny Springs features on-site check-in, valet parking, concierge services, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, ski lockers, and ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes!

This condo includes one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a second bedroom with one queen bed. Winners may reserve any long weekend during the 2016-17 season except during the weeks of Christmas and New Years. (MLK and Presidents Day holidays are among the available weekends.) Winners are asked to reserve their dates by May 2016 to ensure availability of the condo.

5 Nights in Virginia Beach

Welcome to the Lilley Family’s second home in Virginia Beach!

Located four blocks from Virginia Beach’s famed Boardwalk, this home is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the excitement and activities of the resort city. Walk to the beach for dinner, shopping and ice cream. Rent a bike and cruise on the dedicated lanes that run the entire length of the boardwalk. Pick up a boogie board at a beach shop and ride the waves. Or fish on the pier only two blocks down a 14th Street

At Rudee Inlet, less than a mile away, you can charter a fishing boat, or buy tickets on one of the daily fishing “Head Boats”. You can also rent jet skis here. Or enroll the kids in one of the many surf schools available at the beach. You’ll be amazed how quickly they pick up surfing, and how much fun they will have. If the kids are craving thrills, head two miles away to Ocean Breeze Water Park, which has water flumes and slides for all ages, from toddlers to teens. Next to the park is Motor World, for those with a need for speed. New to the area is IFly Virginia Beach, where you can soar like a bird on a current of air.

The Lilleys are happy to make recommendations for whatever your tastes are for recreation and restaurants. And the home happens to be open for July 4th week this year!

Bath County Cabin - a 3 Night Stay

Enjoy a 3 Night Stay at this cabin located in Mountain Grove, VA, in western Bath County!

Nestled in the George Washington National Park, with mountain views on either side and a gorgeous view down the valley, the property sits on Little Back Creek.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) downstairs, and an upstairs loft with 5 twin beds. There are an additional 5 twin beds in a dorm over the garage. Sleeps 14 in total!

Sit on the porch and enjoy the view, go for a swim in the creek, take a long walk or hike, or go fishing in one of the many fantastic fly fishing spots in the area.

Drive 45 minutes to The Homestead Resort, 30 minutes to the famous Jefferson Baths and Garth Newel, or 45 minutes to the top of Snowshoe ski resort.

Weekend Getaway at Seven Gables Cabin

This 1790's hand-hewn log cabin home is located 12 miles north of downtown Charlottesville and UVA near Earlysville. The right place for a couple or a family to unwind. Whether you are swinging on the front porch swing, grilling dinner on the screened side porch or walking to the fishing pond or creek, this peaceful setting will rejuvenate you. The two-level cabin has a sitting room with a fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, and a bath with shower on the first floor. The upstairs room is an open area with Twin beds, a Double futon bed and a crib. The cabin is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary pieces. Bring some good books and get away from the television and city noise. Summer cooling is with fans, no air conditioning. Mutually agreeable weekend. Not available during UVA home football weekends or UVA graduation.
